You Make a Difference Award
The Aultman You Make a Difference Award recognizes employees who consistently exceed their job expectations and provide exceptional experiences for patients and internal customers.
Brenda Fomich, a physical therapy assistant for Aultman Home Health Care, earned the 2009 You Make a Difference Employee of the Year Award. Brenda goes beyond her job duties to follow up with patients after discharge from home physical therapy to see how they are doing. In addition, she selects patients in need and delivers home-cooked holiday meals to them.

Boards and Committees
Aultman employees are active in community organizations ranging from Goodwill Industries to Pegasus Farm to the Wilderness Center. They get involved because they want to make a personal investment in the community, whether it's ensuring people have adequate housing or making sure children have safe places to play.
From a professional standpoint, Aultman employees share their expertise and insight with health care peers in oreganizations ranging from the State of Ohio Emergency Medical Services Board to the Canton/Akron Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals. They share best practices and work together to improve health care throughout the state.
